Harbin Ice and Snow World closes

On Feb 26, after 68 days of operation, Harbin Ice and Snow World in Heilongjiang province closed. Since opening on Dec 21, it welcomed over 3.56 million visitors.

This year’s event, themed “Dream of Winter, Love Among Asia”, incorporated elements from the 9th Asian Winter Games, and the park featured nine themed zones showcasing landmarks from 42 countries and three regions of the Olympic Council of Asia.
