Documents released to facilitate business setup for foreign investors, Ep 07

The Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation released the Chinese and English versions of the Guide to Registering a Foreign-Invested Company along with a set of "Frequently Asked Questions" on December 23.
The move aims to further facilitate the registration of foreign-invested enterprises and create a market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized business environment. This marks China's first bilingual guide to registering a foreign-invested company.
