2024 Global AI Product & Application Expo set to open in Suzhou

The 2024 Global AI Product & Application Expo is scheduled to take place from Dec 10 to 11 in the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP).

As one of China's major exhibitions in the artificial intelligence (AI) industry, this event serves as a vital platform for SIP to connect with global scientific and technological resources and enhance the industrial innovation ecosystem.

Having already been held five times, the expo has attracted over 1,200 companies and teams, along with more than 1,000 experts and scholars in total. It has facilitated productive exchanges among industry leaders, state-owned enterprises, and nearly 100 local companies, drawing a crowd of over 200,000 attendees.

Since 2017, SIP has strategically planned for the development of AI and digital industries, successfully attracting over 1,800 AI-related enterprises, including 20 publicly listed companies. In 2021, Suzhou was granted approval to establish a national pilot zone for the advancement of next-generation AI, with SIP as its core area, driving the integration of AI with the real economy.
