At the "Four European Countries – Guiyang Cultural Tourism Exchange Seminar" held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Nov 4, the members of the "delegation of European mayors for Guiyang's roadside concert" signed a series of cooperation agreements and memorandums with Guiyang.

This marks a new breakthrough for Guiyang's roadside concert in the exploration of its potential and dedication to developing the "music+" industry.

The cooperation agreements and memorandums covered cultural and tourism exchanges, film and television co-production, educational exchanges, and cultural exchanges related to Guiyang's roadside concert.

On that day, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on culture and tourism integration between Guiyang's roadside concert and various cities around the world, and put forward their ideas and suggestions for future cooperation and development.

The members of the delegation were mayors and officials from cities in European countries such as Italy, Greece, Serbia and Montenegro. During the two-day visit, they enjoyed Guiyang's roadside concert held at Zhucheng Square, visited some attractions in Guiyang, and experienced a number of intangible cultural heritage items to feel the unique charm of traditional culture up close.

Dario Vraneš, mayor of Pljevlja, Montenegro, said that he was very happy to visit Guiyang for the first time. He felt the warmth and friendliness of the Chinese people during the visit, and would recommend Pljevlja people to travel to Guiyang. He also welcomes Guiyang people to visit Pljevlja for tourism. He believes that there will be many cultural collisions and commonalities.
