Since the beginning of this year, Southwest China's Guizhou province has fully utilized its premium tourism resources and airports to launch connected flight routes and chartered buses, providing convenient tourism services for visitors.
Huangping county in Guizhou's Qiandongnan Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture is capitalizing on the unique aviation culture and strategic location of Huangping Airport and Jiuzhou Airport. It is promoting featured events such as the Village Super League, Village Basketball Association, and Auntie Basketball Tournament.
Huangping, surrounded by cities and counties rich in tourism resources, serves as the aviation tourism hub of Qiandongnan.
Tourists visiting Zhenyuan Ancient Town, Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, Danzhai Wanda Town, and the World Natural Heritage Site of Shibing Wutai Mountain often choose Huangping Airport as their first stop in Qiandongnan.
This year, Huangping has seized the opportunity presented by the low-altitude economy, focusing on resources, tourists, and services. It has integrated local aviation, Miao ethnic culture, and Yangming culture to create premium tourism routes centered around the ancient flying town of Jiuzhou.
It has also introduced cutting-edge tourism experiences such as low-altitude flight sightseeing, aviation science education, flight training, and aerial gliding, achieving high-quality integration of aviation, culture, and tourism.
