The second China International Supply Chain Expo opened on Nov 26 at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. At the expo, North China's Shanxi province hosted a special promotion event, with six local enterprises prominently appearing.
Shanxi companies captivated domestic and international visitors with innovative technologies and high-quality products. They showcased their latest achievements in clean energy, the health industry, automotive manufacturing, and green agriculture. This international platform provided an opportunity for these enterprises to seek cooperation with global partners.
"This is our second time participating in the expo, where we present our latest R&D achievements in intelligent connected and new energy vehicles. We hope to find more upstream and downstream overseas partners through this platform and jointly promote the green and intelligent transformation of the automotive industry," said Shao Junkai, director of the Beijing Research Institute of Shanxi Victory Automobile Manufacturing Co.
Wang Xiu, vice-president of the Shanxi Provincial Council of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, emphasized that the expo is the world's first national-level exhibition focusing on supply chains. He hoped Shanxi enterprises would showcase their strengths and unique features, accurately target potential customer groups, and uncover more business opportunities.
This year's expo features a supply chain service exhibition area and covers six major sectors: advanced manufacturing, clean energy, smart vehicles, digital technology, healthy living, and green agriculture. The expo displays key links in the upstream, midstream, and downstream of each sector, fostering the aggregation of large, medium, and small enterprises into clusters with complementary advantages.
