The Danish Commercial Consul oversaw the signing ceremony for the Denmark (Northern Europe) Technology Innovation Center on Nov 7 at the Consulate General of Denmark in Shanghai. The center will be launched at Jinchuanggu Industrial Park in Taiyuan, capital of North China's Shanxi province.

In recent years, Taiyuan has promoted the green transformation of the energy industry, nurtured emerging industries, and advanced the development of the digital economy and intelligent manufacturing industry, striving to build a modern industrial system.

Danish companies have shown significant advantages in green energy, artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, and bio-pharmaceuticals, aligning well with current global development trends.

Jinchuanggu Industrial Park aims to attract scientific and technological innovation resources, realize industry-academia-research integration, promote the integration of industrial trains, and pave a pathway for developing technologies, industries, enterprises, and the economy.

The Denmark (Northern Europe) Technology Innovation Center will bring European high-tech enterprises, research institutions, investment and financing institutions, and high-level talents to Taiyuan, supporting industrial upgrading and innovative development in the city.

It will coordinate with European associations, chambers of commerce, and international cooperation organizations in China, organize international conferences, roadshows, forums, and other activities in Taiyuan, and apply for international institutions to establish branches in the city.

The center will also invite high-level experts and renowned entrepreneurs for exchanges, bringing international cutting-edge ideas, technology, and management experience to Taiyuan.
