The Neusoft Solution Forum 2024 (Wuhan) was held on Nov 1 at the Wuhan Neusoft Software Park in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ).
Themed "Solutions for the Intelligent Era", the forum saw Neusoft Corporation release several innovative solutions, including high-quality hospital development solutions, medical data value solutions, urban human resource development platforms, and city-level smart elderly care service platforms.
Liu Jiren, the founder of Neusoft Corporation, highlighted that the Wuhan Neusoft Software Park now houses over 1,000 software technology talents, accelerating the implementation of various intelligent and data-value solutions in Wuhan.
Neusoft Corporation, China's first listed software company, has two major R&D bases at the Shenyang Neusoft Software Park and Dalian Neusoft Software Park. It leads in various fields, including smart cities, healthcare, intelligent connected vehicles, enterprise digital transformation, and international software services.
In 2021, Neusoft Corporation established its third R&D base in WEDZ. The base focuses on AI-enabled, data value, and service-oriented solutions. It includes the Neusoft Intelligent Connected Vehicle Research Institute, Neusoft Intelligent Medical Technology Research Institute, and Neusoft New Smart City Research Institute.
The Wuhan Neusoft Software Park commenced operations on May 25 this year. It has formed comprehensive partnerships with enterprises such as Hubei Mobile and Voyah Automobile, as well as with universities such as Central China Normal University and Jianghan University.
The forum, one of the most significant events in China's software industry, has been held for 25 years. This year marks the first time the forum has been held in WEDZ, which provides strong support for the zone's industrial transformation.
WEDZ is currently home to over 600 software companies, and software industry revenue is growing at an annual rate of over 30 percent. Last year, the zone's software industry revenue exceeded 30 billion yuan ($4.22 billion), accounting for over 10 percent of the city's total.
