The China Mining Expo 2024, hosted by the China National Coal Association, opened at the Xi'an Airport Convention & Exhibition Center on Oct 23 and will last until Oct 25.
With a history of over 40 years, the expo is being held in Xi'an for the first time, aiming to establish a biennial Beijing-Xi'an exhibition. The event seeks to extend its influence from Xi'an to major coal-producing provinces in western China, as well as regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, with the goal of becoming a key international event in the mining industry of western China.
The expo focuses on latest developments in the global mining industry, promoting the development and application of intelligent equipment to achieve industry transformation and the dual-carbon goals.
It has garnered widespread attention and strong support from the industry, with over 300 companies from China, the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and other countries and regions registering to participate.
At the expo, numerous renowned domestic and international brands are showcasing the achievements, technological innovations, and application results in the international mining sector, while several companies are also unveiling their latest products.
Additionally, a special area has been set up on-site to showcase the latest achievements in the field of intelligent coal mining and robotic applications.
