The 5th China New Materials Industry Development Conference will be held in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) from Oct 16 to 18.
The event will bring together over 6,000 participants from across the country, including academicians, industry experts, and representatives from enterprises, social organizations, research institutes, and universities.
The conference features concurrent events, such as the 2nd China New Materials Technology Application Conference, the 3rd China New Materials Investment Conference, the New Materials Summit Forum, and the 2024 New Materials Device Expo.
These gatherings aim to explore significant breakthroughs in the new materials industry and identify pathways to advancing new, high-quality, productive forces.
WEDZ has established a robust industrial cluster focused on automotive materials. This cluster is bolstered by integrated circuits, new display materials, new energy materials, and cutting-edge innovations.
The zone currently houses industry leaders like Hubei Dinglong Holding Co and Kingfa Sci & Tech Co and contains 96 enterprises in the materials sector above a designated size.
