Guangzhou gears up for the upcoming Canton Fair

Guangzhou is gearing up for the 136th session of the China Import and Export Fair, popularly known as the Canton Fair.
Over 30,000 enterprises from China and abroad will be present at the event, which is expected to be held between Oct 15 and Nov 4.
As an important channel for China's foreign trade and a window for China's opening-up policy, this year's Canton Fair is set to include 55 exhibition areas covering 1.55 million square meters.
