Free access to office space at Hongqiao Intl Central Legal-services District

The shared office space on the third floor of the Hongqiao International Central Legal-services Building is open to legal service professionals from across the country, free of charge.

The building is just a short 10-minute walk from the Shanghai Hongqiao Integrated Transportation Hub, the largest hub of its kind in the world.

From 9 am to 5 pm every weekday, the shared office space provides a dedicated and comfortable work environment for lawyers, notary publics, or anyone needing temporary office space for business trips or transit stops.

To reserve a workspace, simply complete the real-name registration on the "虹桥国际中央法务区公共服务平台(Hongqiao International Central Legal-services District Public Service Platform)" WeChat mini-program. The system updates available workspaces at midnight, and reservations can be made for a period of up to 7 days in advance.

Each reservation can be for 1 to 5 working days. Reservation results will be confirmed through the platform. Reservations may be canceled before 3 pm on the business day prior to the reservation if the need arises under special circumstances.
