The 22nd Hechi Tonggu Folk Song Art Festival will be held from Sept 29 to Oct 1 in Donglan county.
As the core area of the national Tonggu cultural (Hechi) ecological protection zone, Donglan county undertakes the important mission of inheriting and promoting Tonggu culture.

Its primary objective is to showcase the distinct allure of Hechi's extensive history and the Tonggu cultural and ecological protection zone while embodying the vitality and momentum of Donglan's high-quality development.
The festival features a rich and colorful program, including the opening ceremony, intangible cultural heritage displays, literary and art performances, folk song competitions, calligraphy photography exhibitions, and food markets.

Since its establishment in 1999, the Hechi Tonggu Folk Song Art Festival has continuously grown and developed. It became the most significant cultural event in Hechi and an essential platform for external exchange and cooperation, earning the "2011 Top 10 Brand Festivals in China".
