The long-awaited Quzhou's Luming Island Yintai InPARK is set to open on Oct 1, offering residents of Quzhou a unique urban lifestyle experience during the National Day holiday.
Covering an area of 116,000 square meters, Luming Island Yintai InPARK is located in the core area of Quzhou's Smart New City.
Luming Island Yintai InPARK is positioned as a "landmark landscape high-end commercial complex". It aims to present a new form of park commerce by integrating street blocks, shopping malls, and micro-landscapes.
Over 100 brands are already set to operate in the park, with 60 percent being first-time entries into Quzhou. The park's occupancy rate has reached an impressive 95 percent.
Over 100 merchants are in the final stages of preparation, while nearly 50 stores have finished their renovations and are in the final stages of touch-ups.
The two-level space is organized to include popular online trends, essential regional needs, and top regional brands. It features sections such as leisure living, trendy play, family fun, and gourmet food.
