On Sept 10, Geely Auto Group unveiled a suite of nearly ten cutting-edge electrified vehicle models at the EVA Frankfurt under the banners of its three distinguished brands—Geely, Lynk & Co, and Zeekr. Amidst the showcase, Geely took the opportunity to launch its first global electrified product, the Geely E5.
Geely Auto Group not only brought nearly 10 new electric products such as Geely E8, Geely E5, Geely Geome, Lynk & Co z10, Lynk & Co 01, Zeekr X, Zeekr MIX, and Zeekr 001FR, etc, but also displayed Geely's latest self-developed intelligent technologies such as innovative Geely Short Blade Battery, the Golden Battery, the SE1000 chip, the 800V charging pile, and Lynk & Co's pioneering EV technologies.
Among the showcased models, the Geely E5 stands out as a high-caliber "smart premium car" and is the result of extensive global R&D efforts. Boasting cutting-edge design and a harmonious blend of international standards and technology, the E5 is tailored for a global audience. It comes equipped with the GEA architecture, the Geely 11-in-1 integrated e-motor, the Geely Short Blade Battery, and the Flyme Auto intelligent cockpit. The E5 embodies the pinnacle of Geely's advancements in electrification and smart technology.
To cater to the diverse needs of the global market, the model has been simultaneously developed and tested for both left-hand and right-hand drive configurations, successfully meeting the regulatory standards of 89 countries. Its unveiling at the EVA Frankfurt marks the inception of its worldwide launch and sales campaign.
