CowaRobot, a Chinese autonomous driving vehicle maker, has ramped up its innovations in the autonomous driving sector to boost its presence in the smart city service sectors.
This month, the company released two new products: the Kylin series of autonomous driving sweepers and the autonomous minibusses.
The company has focused on implementing its technology across urban environments, boasting an L4 autonomous driving control system and an extensive urban service that integrates intelligent networking. Its business covers municipal sanitation, urban distribution logistics, robotaxis, and robot buses.
The Kylin autonomous driving sweepers are designed to navigate complex urban sanitation environments. Utilizing a 360-degree global perception system, it transforms 2D information into 3D data.
"This technology enables Kylin to precisely perceive its surroundings, even in narrow, unstructured areas like pedestrian walkways," said He Tao, founder of CowaRobot, a leader in autonomous driving vehicle manufacturing.
