Home appliance company Haier Group, headquartered in Qingdao, Shandong province, put its cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions on display at this year's IFA Berlin held Sept 9 to 10.
While Haier's presence at Europe's largest consumer electronics trade show highlighted its commitment to innovation and its leadership in Europe, it also shows that China's appliance industry is having an expanding influence on the world.
As IFA celebrates its centennial, the event continues to evolve upon its rich history. Similarly, Haier, marking its 40th anniversary, remains true to its brand identity as it strives to become the world's premier global appliance company.
This year, Haier's exhibition spanned approximately 3,300 square meters and featured themed zones for its brands Haier, Candy, Hoover, and Casarte. The exhibition showcased leading products from these four renowned brands, along with cutting-edge smart home technology and a highly interconnected, and customizable ecosystem.
In addition to product innovation, Haier has created smart home scenarios tailored for the IoT era that focus on intelligence, comfort, and efficiency. In the smart living room, for example, Haier's smart speakers can seamlessly control TVs, air conditioners, and other devices through voice commands, making life more convenient and efficient.
Alongside on-site innovations, Haier continues to demonstrate strong market performance in Europe and has achieved rapid growth for eight consecutive years. Its multi-door refrigerators lead the market in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
Building on its successes, Haier remains committed to further innovation and expanding its international presence. The company continues to pursue excellence as a global brand as it responds to the ever-evolving needs of consumers.
