SIP advances big health industry

On Aug 24, Suzhou Big Health Industry Park and the Suzhou Assisted Reproductive Technology (ATR) Innovation Alliance were officially launched in Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), East China's Jiangsu province.

Covering a construction area of over 500,000 square meters, the Big Health Industry Park offers spaces for various functions, including research and development, production, and office operations.

Since its establishment, the park has attracted over 50 enterprises from the big health industry, encompassing medical aesthetics, health management, health products, rehabilitation and elderly care, and trade and circulation.

The Suzhou ART Innovation Alliance, led by the listed company Basecare specializing in assisted reproductive in vitro diagnostic products (IVD), was jointly established with Soochow University, the Fourth AffiliatedHospital of Soochow University, Nanjing Vazyme Biotech, and other entities. The alliance is dedicated to advancing cutting-edge technologies in the field of reproduction.

Furthermore, the event witnessed the signing of 16 projects across various segments of the big health industry, including medical aesthetics, health products, trade and circulation, and health management.

An action plan for the high-quality development of the big health industry was also unveiled, outlining strategies to optimize policies, attract talents, and enhance the industrial ecosystem to attract more high-quality enterprises from the big health industry to set roots in SIP and build SIP into a leading and influential hub for the big health industry within three years.
