The average concentration of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in the city was 23.59 micrograms per cubic meter, while the environmental air quality in the urban areas of other 10 counties and districts has consistently met the national Grade II standard.
During the 2024 Spring Festival, Jingchengjiang district did not experience any polluted weather, while the city's other 10 counties and districts did not encounter severely polluted weather.
This marks a significant improvement compared to the 2023 Spring Festival, when Jingchengjiang district experienced one day of mild pollution, and the other 10 counties and districts saw three days of severe pollution or worse.
