The Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) hosted its first batch of training sessions from Aug 16 to 17, aiming to enhance the operational capacity of grassroots medical institutions.
Over 120 individuals engaged in basic medical and public health projects from the local social affairs bureau, community health service centers, and community health service stations participated in the training.
During the sessions, instructors gave theoretical explanations, offered interactive Q&A sessions, and hosted discussions to provide insights into topics such as doctor-patient communication and elderly health management.
The primary objective of this training initiative is to elevate the healthcare service capabilities of NETDA and help establish the region as a pioneering area for high-quality public service development in the Yangtze River Delta region. In the upcoming phase, the bureau plans to leverage this training opportunity to cultivate a specialized and standardized healthcare workforce.
