A Thai delegation led by politician Sudarat Keyuraphan visited Shanghai's West Hongqiao, the western area of Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD) on Aug 21, joined by representatives from over 40 companies eager to explore investment and business opportunities.

During the visit, the delegation watched promotional videos about West Hongqiao and received detailed briefings on the investment climate, business environment, and industry layout of the CBD. Several companies expressed strong interest in potential investments.

Keyuraphan emphasized a desire to broaden cooperation across multiple fields and deepen engagement with the Chinese market. The delegation engaged in open discussions where key concerns such as commercial layout and the introduction of cross-border e-commerce enterprises were addressed by West Hongqiao officials. Both sides exchanged contact information, fostering connections for future collaborations.
