Mainland, Taiwan youth baseball teams take part in Fujian tournament

A cross-Strait youth baseball invitational tournament began on Tuesday in Liancheng county, Longyan, Fujian province, attracting eight youth baseball teams from the Chinese mainland and Taiwan.

Song Tao, head of the Taiwan Work Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, and Rao Ching-ling, head of Taiwan's Taitung county, among other guests from both sides, threw opening pitches for the competition.
