To celebrate China's seventh Doctor's Day on Aug 19, Putuo hosted its first Traditional Chinese Medicine Cultural Night Market at Lianhuayang Square. The event featured over 10 booths offering free consultations, TCM experiences, and interactive activities, drawing a large crowd.
Visitors enjoyed herbal teas and TCM treatments like massage and took home calming herbal sachets. Families engaged with pediatric TCM experts, asking questions about common health concerns, while booths offered demonstrations of ear acupuncture, pulse diagnosis, and more.
The event aimed to promote TCM culture and spread health-related knowledge, blending wellness with fun activities like trivia, leaving citizens both informed and delighted.
