G228 Coastal Scenic Road

The G228 Coastal Scenic Road on the Xiamen section of China's "most beautifulcoastal national road" has recently opened!

The total length of the Xiamen section of the route is about 75.6 kilometers, passing through Xiang'an, Tong'an, Jimei, and Haicang, connecting the scenic line of Xiamen Bay, where the sea and city scenery complement each other. National Road G228 starts in Dandong city, Liaoning province and ends in Dongxing city, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.With a total length of 6,900 kilometers, it is China's longest coastal national road. This national highway is planned to achieve full connectivity by 2025. It is known as the "most beautiful coastal national road in China," connecting more than 40 coastal cities from south to north and the motherland's most beautiful coastlines.
