Process for establishing an enterprise in Xiamen FTZ

1. Business license

・ Approved in half a day by the administration for market regulation of the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone;

・ Offline application: "New Enterprise Application Window” in the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone Ad­ministration Service Center;

・ Online application: "One Network Service System" for business establishment and cancellation of registration.

2. Corporate stamps and business invoices

•Corporate stamps made in 90 minutes free of charge and delivered by mail;

•Invoices approved and issued in half a day and delivered by mail.

3. Basic bank account

A new enterprise can select a com­mercial bank to open its basic ac­count and the bank will register this account in the system of the People's Bank of China, Xiamen Branch.

4. Import and export rights application and registration

An enterprise dealing with import and export business should apply to be incorporat­ed into the list of enterprises involved in foreign exchange receipts and payments from trade in goods by the State Administration of Foreign Ex­change Xiamen Bureau.
