Ordos import fair concludes with on-site transactions exceeding 18m yuan

The 2024 Ordos International Import Commodities Fair, with the catchphrase "Meet Warm City, Explore Cross-Border," concluded successfully on July 29.

By the end of July 29, cumulative on-site transactions had surpassed 18 million yuan ($2.47 million).

This year's fair fostered active collaborations with multiple countries, including Russia, Mongolia, and Pakistan, bringing together over 150 exhibitors.

The event showcased the distinctive cultures and high-quality products of various nations, offering residents an immersive global shopping experience with "zero time difference" and "zero distance."

The diverse array of exhibits included handcrafted jade and gemstones from Pakistan, amber, food, and beverages from Russia, and traditional clothing and accessories from Mongolia.

Additionally, there were dedicated sections for maternal and infant products, cross-border luxury bags, and high-end cosmetics.
