The 8th China-South Asia Exposition and the 28th China Kunming Import and Export Fair opened in Kunming, capital of Southwest China's Yunnan province, on July 23 and will last until July 28.
A total of 18 enterprises from Southwest China's Guizhou province participated in the exposition and will hold economic, trade, cultural, and tourism exchange activities.
The exhibition hall for Guizhou's specialty products integrates Guizhou elements such as baijiu and bridges with enterprise exhibitions. It includes areas for reception, consultation, business negotiation, and product exhibition.
The exhibition areas for agricultural products, baijiu, tea, light industry, mechanical and electrical products, and healthcare products aim to use the exposition as a platform to connect with customers in Southeast Asian countries, seek cooperation, and expand into international markets.
The exposition is a comprehensive exhibition platform that integrates goods trade, investment promotion, tourism cooperation, and cultural exchanges. Guizhou hopes to enhance the popularity of its baijiu, digital economy, health industry, agricultural products, and mechanical and electrical industries and contribute to the Belt and Road Initiative.
