A former industrial site in Liangjiang New Area is undergoing a rapid transformation to become the Wanhu Creative Industrial Park, a vibrant hub dedicated to automotive brand display, experience, sales, after-sales services, and online launches.

The park has already welcomed prestigious brands such as BYD, Li Auto, and Chery, along with specialized modification centers for Porsche and Mercedes-Benz. Its entire renovation project is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

The park is also home to a digital media network company dedicated to live broadcasting for auto brands such as ChangAn and has set up three live streaming studios.

Chongqing's largest Chery 4S dealership is also located in the park, featuring a comprehensive 4S sales showroom, a repair service station, a customer lounge, a parking area, and an office space. Additionally, the park hosts after-sales centers for brands like BYD, Li Auto, and Mercedes-Benz, as well as numerous businesses specializing in car maintenance, detailing, and modifications.

Complementary facilities such as a star-rated hotel, banquet art center, and trendy sports venues are being developed as well to create a digitally smart and integrated industrial-commercial ecosystem that meets the comprehensive needs of urban families for car purchases, sports, leisure, and social activities, noted a park representative.

Revitalizing old industrial buildings and repurposing existing industrial land is a key focus of urban development efforts in an attempt to enhance the renewal and upgrading of old urban areas, improve urban functional facilities, and improve street aesthetics, according to authorities.
