I. Pooling development resources

1. A memorandum of understanding is signed with the Bank of China on special funds for the implementation of the Global Development Initiative, with USD 2 billion added to the Global Development Capital Pool for the implementation of global development projects.

II. Advancing project cooperation

2. Established China-Africa-UNIDO Center of Excellence.

3. To implement projects with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization on Capacity Building to Upgrade the Livestock Value Chain in Ethiopia (Phase II)and Support  Mechanized Agriculture Systems in Ethiopia (Amhara Regional State).

4. To implement poverty reduction and agricultural technical assistance projects, alongside to strengthen flagship programs of Juncao technology, hybrid rice, and "One Country, One Priority Product", etc.

5. To implement demonstration projects for rural infrastructure assistance including village well drilling, electricity, roads, etc.

6. To conduct tripartite cooperation with European countries in Nigeria and other developing countries to deepen cooperation in the fields of health and agriculture.

7. To implement projects of Accelerating Malaria Elimination in The Gambia in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

8. To assist in the construction of hospitals, providing medical supplies, and to establish cooperative relations with hospitals in relevant countries and regions.

9. To carry out medical cooperation projects in the fields of vaccines, infectious disease prevention and control, and traditional Chinese medicine center construction.

10. To continuously implement health care programs in developing countries such as dispatching medical teams, Brightness Action, the Heart-to-Heart Journey, and the Heart Sapling Visiting Scholar Program.

11. To launch new brands such as "Spring Bud+" and the Help the Disabled program to protect the rights of women, children, and the disabled.

12. To execute the Vocational Training and Women's Development for Implementing the Tajikistan Obigarm-Nurobod Road Project - Long Bridge and Approaches Project in collaboration with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.

13. To collaborate with relevant countries regarding the peaceful use of atomic energy.

14. To provide new energy technologies such as solar energy, wind power, hydropower, and photovoltaics to developing countries while promoting electric buses and other green and sustainable transport.

15. To continuously implement the "Africa Solar Belt" Program of South-South Cooperation on Climate Change.

16. To promote the "one billion trees" national movement on Mongolia and cooperation between China and Mongolia on combating desertification.

17. To implement the Mangrove Plantation Project, and work related to transboundary protected areas and biodiversity conservation.

18. To support relevant countries in setting up ground-based environment and climate observation stations, big data centers for environment and climate, disaster monitoring and warning systems, and climate and environment forecasting and early warning systems.

19. To implement digital technology assistance projects that cover areas such as broadband, e-government, and e-commerce.

20. To put in place a big data system for the modernization of Global South countries relying on digital economic laboratories.

21. To build regional remote sensing data centers and laboratories.

22. To provide assistance in terms of airport and customs security check equipment.

23. To strengthen the building of brand projects such as Luban Workshops, to continue carrying out technical skills cooperation with developing countries, and to support the establishment of relevant vocational education centers.

24. To continuously implement the Talented Young Scientists from Developing Countries to Work in China Program.

25. To carry out overseas seminars on leadership development for junior and senior civil servants in Ethiopia.

26. To implement Cultural and creative training projects  between the Palace Museum, the National Museum (China) of Egyptian Civilization, and the Misr University for Science and Technology.

27. To build a Green Development Practicing Base for the Youth Leaders' Community for Global Development. To launch the "China Tour" and "Global Tour" series of activities of the Youth Leaders' Community for Global Development.

III. Building cooperation platforms

28. To establish the secretariat of the Global Development Promotion Center Network.

29. To conduct cooperation with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) under the framework of the Global Development Initiative.

30. To conduct cooperation with the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) under the framework of the Global Development Initiative.

31. To build the secretariat of the joint task force of  China International Development Cooperation Agency and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

32. To achieve digital management of the Global Development Project Pool and to establish an information management system.

33. To build platforms for poverty reduction, rural transformation, and industrial cooperation and exchange in cooperation with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the World Food Program (WFP) and other international organizations.

34. To continuously implement the Action Plan for Green Technology Development in Central Asia, carry out scientific and technological cooperation projects in sustainable development in Central Asian countries.

35. To continuously strengthen the Natural Resources Satellite Remote Sensing Cloud Service Platform and carry out cooperation in satellite data applications with relevant countries.

36. To implement the China-Central Asia emergency management cooperation mechanism.

37. To develop a China-International Atomic Energy Agency-African Union tripartite cooperation mechanism for peaceful uses of nuclear technology.

38. To implement the "Smart Customs" Partnership Plan.

39. To continuously build the Gateways to Public Digital Learning.
