Jinan launches new tourism destination brand

The "Welcome to Jinan" tourism destination brand launch event took place in Jinan on July 15, marking the official introduction of the city's tourism brand and extending a warm invitation to domestic and international visitors.

Jinan has consistently promoted its tourism culture through initiatives such as establishing popular check-in spots, creating new attractions, and hosting seasonal festivals. The launch of the new brand and its slogan are part of these efforts.

The new brand features a new logo and slogan incorporating elements like mountains, springs, lakes, rivers, and the city itself, with green, blue, and red as the main colors. Ma Li, director of the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, said that summer is a peak travel season, and the spring-themed series of events is in full swing.

The Jinan Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism has introduced the "Jinan Laoshi'er" ambassador group, featuring characters embodying travel enthusiasts, cultural celebrities, and service staff members, using both virtual and real personas to warmly welcome visitors from all over.

In addition, the bureau signed cooperation agreements with companies like Ctrip and Didi to jointly promote Jinan's tourism resources, creating both online and in-person activities to enhance the city's tourism profile.

Jinan is also collaborating with major financial institutions to support the development of the cultural and tourism industries. The event unveiled the first batch of city gifts and initiatives like free tours to attract visitors. Jinan plans to continue marketing campaigns in key cities to draw more tourists and share the beauty of Jinan.
