Reputable Guangdong high school’s Maoming branch to open this fall

Construction on the high school section of Maoming School Affiliated to Guangdong Experimental High School has recently entered its final phase and the school aims to open this fall.

Its 19 buildings, including a library, teaching building, and swimming pool, have been completed. The delivery and acceptance process is expected to commence gradually by the end of this month, with the facilities set to be operational by the end of August.

According to Wei Xiuchun, manager of the project, the final stages such as interior and exterior decoration, hardening of internal roads, and campus greening are currently in progress. The acceptance process is expected to begin, building by building, by the end of this month. Upon acceptance, the school will proceed with the installation of desks, chairs, air conditioning units, teacher office computers, public address systems, and other teaching equipment to ensure a smooth start to the autumn semester this year.

Furthermore, the road located on the south side of the school is currently undergoing extension work. It is expected to be completed before the autumn semester this year, making transport more convenient for the school's faculty and students.

Covering approximately 325 mu (21.7 hectares) of land with a total construction area of around 90,000 square meters, the school is a high-quality educational initiative that will enhance the educational resources of Maoming New City.
