China Media Group recently released the "2023 City Business Environment Innovation Report" in Beijing.
The report identified the "2023 Innovative Business Environment Counties or County-level Cities", with Otog Banner in Ordos of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region being the only banner from the region to make the list.
In recent years, Otog Banner has continuously optimized its business environment, empowering high-quality economic development within the banner.
A significant milestone was the establishment and operation of the Qimeng Government Service Center in the Qipanjing Industrial Park, the first industrial park government service center in the city. This center allows businesses and residents in the park to handle administrative matters locally.
The banner has also accelerated the development of a comprehensive three-tier government service system encompassing the banners, towns, villages, and communities.
This system ensures standardized, regulated, and convenient services across all six towns and 97 villages and communities within the banner.
Additionally, the banner has introduced a new approval model that intelligently selects service recipients and accurately perceives the needs of businesses and residents. This approach fundamentally reduces the administrative burden on businesses and residents, thereby lowering the operating costs for market entities.
