Guiyang and Gui'an build employment platforms for premium jobs

Guiyang city and Gui'an New Area are establishing employment platforms to promote high-quality, as well as ample job opportunities.

The initial design of a talent operations platform – including the software framework for an applications-based service, a talent data display and big data dispatch center – is nearly complete. Efforts to integrate data interfaces and consolidate data are ongoing, with Phase 1 expected to be finished by the end of July.

Guiyang is in the process of improving its human resource services to bolster the municipal talent group, supporting overall business growth.

Its policy – the "Implementation Plan for Supporting the High-Quality Development of the China Guiyang Human Resources Service Industrial Park" – is proving effective.

It focuses on improving service management, fostering innovation, promoting industry linkages and supporting employment. The goal is to optimize talent services within the Guiyang HR service industrial park.

Focusing on two-way talent flows and industry interactions, Guiyang and Gui'an have established a comprehensive talent demand collection, exchange and incentive mechanism.

They regularly host job fairs and meetings to connect supply and demand. The initiative aims to create a synergy between Huaxi University Town and Qingzhen Vocational Education City for talent cultivation – and between Guizhou Science City and Guiyang Big Data Sci-Tech Innovation City for talent absorption.

Last year, Huaxi University Town and Qingzhen Vocational Education City between them produced 103,500 graduates – with 46,800 securing local employment and 400+ researchers working with business enterprises, providing in-service training for 21,200 people.
