The 2024 World AI & Embodied Intelligence Conference took place on June 29 at the Harvard Club of Wuxi in Wuxi National Hi-Tech District, also known as Wuxi New District. The event showcased the latest advancements in artificial intelligence technology and delved into its future applications in education, investment, and product innovation.
Attended by global AI experts, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs, the conference featured insightful presentations and vibrant discussions. Gary Malmon, executive director of LehmanBush Foundation, delivered a keynote speech emphasizing the profound impact of AI and EI on societal structures and human behavior. He highlighted the promising applications of EI in fields such as healthcare, education, and smart homes.
Jane He, co-founder of AlterMe, an AI-powered photo enhancer, explored the evolution of AI interaction technologies, stressing the importance of multimodal interaction that goes beyond language, including visual, auditory, and tactile communication. She demonstrated AI's applications in health management, smart homes, and automotive systems, while also addressing challenges like localization and real-time processing capabilities.

The event featured three roundtable discussions focusing on the applications of AI and EI in education and green technology, as well as investment philosophies.
Seven cutting-edge projects were unveiled during the conference, including fashion design platform Chimer AI, psychological support and treatment provider Psycholsphere AI, an adaptive noise controller, and climate solution provider Climind.
