Sanya experiences soaring inbound, outbound tourism demand

Ctrip platform data reveals a remarkable surge in travel orders for Sanya, with outbound tourism orders soaring by 122 percent year-on-year and inbound tourism orders skyrocketing by an impressive 201 percent.

Popular attractions include Wuzhizhou Island, West Island, Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park, Dadonghai, and Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone.

At the Hainan International Tourism Destination Dialogue held on June 25, the China Tourism Academy revealed the "top 20 Chinese cities with the greatest international tourism appeal", with Sanya making the list.

With the accelerated recovery of the tourism industry supply chain, optimized visa processes, enhanced overseas payment convenience, and accommodation improvements, the inbound and outbound markets are witnessing rapid growth.

Summer also marks the peak tourism period. Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone in Sanya has introduced a special free park admission activity for middle and high school graduates. Additionally, the Nanshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Center will offer various intangible cultural heritage study activities, allowing students to experience the charm of traditional culture during the summer break.

As the summer tourism market continues to heat up, Sanya's tourism enterprises are preparing by enhancing service quality, innovating tourism products, and providing visitors with a more premium travel experience.
