Two expos in Suzhou to showcase sports culture and tourism

The promotion and briefing session for the 2024 China Sports Culture Expo and China Sports Tourism Expo was held in Suzhou on June 28.

Following a successful debut last year in Suzhou, the 2024 edition of the expos is slated to take place from Oct 11 to 13 at the Suzhou International Expo Centre, covering an expansive 50,000 square meters.

This year, the number of participating exhibitors is expected to exceed 600, with efforts currently underway to attract global participants through extensive investment and exhibition promotion initiatives.

According to organizers, this year's exhibition layout will build upon the framework established in 2023, featuring four main thematic zones expanded with enriched content. These include the Sports Culture and Sports Tourism thematic zones, aimed at showcasing the spiritual and influential aspects of sports culture and tourism development from across China.

Additionally, there will be dedicated zones for specialty sports projects and sports technology advancements, along with a national and international pavilion showcasing achievements in sports tourism by global sports organizations and event organizers. The venue's outdoor plaza will also host an outdoor market and interactive experience area.

The 2024 China Sports Culture Expo and China Sports Tourism Expo promise to not only promote Suzhou's role as a central player in the sports tourism industry but also to foster international exchanges and partnerships in the realm of sports culture and tourism.
