Guizhou promotes investment in Yangtze River Delta region

The 2024 "Colorful Guizhou" Culture, Sports, Healthcare, and Tourism Equipment Manufacturing Industries (Jiangsu) Investment Promotion Symposium on June 28 caused a significant stir among entrepreneurs from the Yangtze River Delta region, with the policies and initiatives unveiled by Southwest China's Guizhou province sparking considerable interest.

This year, multiple departments in Guizhou jointly issued the "Implementation Opinions on Supporting the Development of the Culture, Sports, Healthcare, and Tourism Equipment Industries," which aims to develop equipment and products related to culture, sports, healthcare, and tourism, promoting the integration of these industries.

During the symposium, provincial departments provided an overview of the current status, policy benefits, resource endowments, and industrial foundation of these sectors. They emphasized that companies investing in related sectors in Guizhou would receive comprehensive support in terms of policy, finance, and talent.

Long Cong, vice-mayor of Guiyang, highlighted during his investment promotion speech that Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area have planned the construction of the Huaxi International Tourism Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park and the Xiuwen Culture, Sports, Healthcare, and Tourism Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park. With ample power supply and human resources, these parks are expected to provide a conducive environment for businesses to swiftly establish production lines.

Entrepreneurs expressed that Guizhou has a solid foundation, unique characteristics, significant advantages, and immense potential in developing the aforementioned industries, and they are eagerly looking forward to investing and establishing their businesses in Guizhou.
