The Highway 95 exploration tour was launched in Quzhou, Zhejiang province, on June 29.
This eight-day adventure brought together 60 cars from across the country, organized into four themed teams to explore scenery, cultural legacies, and culinary delights.
Nearly 200 participants, including members of professional driving clubs, driving enthusiasts, social media influencers from platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and Weibo, and media representatives, participated in the event.
The journey covers routes from Quzhou to Wuyishan in Fujian province, Shangrao in Jiangxi province, and Huangshan in Anhui province, spanning a total distance of 1,995 kilometers and highlighting key attractions in cities like Quzhou, Huangshan, Shangrao, and Nanping.
Participants will partake in a series of experiential and creative activities, including a photography contest, gourmet exploration in Nianbadu Ancient Town, and camping in the Lingshan scenic area.
Participants will share and recommend the beautiful scenery and innovative experiences of Highway 95 through videos, photos, and text based on their routes.
Organizers have also launched a public campaign inviting online users to share their photos taken during road trips on Highway 95 on platforms like Douyin, Kuaishou, Toutiao, Weibo, and Xiaohongshu.
Highway 95 is a road trip tourism destination that blends natural beauty with cultural history, offering stunning landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and comprehensive supporting services. Since its opening in July 2023, Highway 95 has garnered widespread attention from the tourism industry both domestically and internationally.
