The 22nd China Straits Innovation and Projects Fair (CSIPF) took place in Fuzhou, capital of East China's Fujian province, from June 18 to 20. This year, 277 cutting-edge high-tech achievements are set to be showcased at the exhibition and fair.
With the tagline "Building a public service platform for technology achievement transformation to foster new quality productive forces", the fair aims to promote the display, trading, and commercialization of innovative project achievements, thereby boosting the high-quality economic development of Fujian province.
This year's event will feature Tongji University, Tianjin University, and, for the first time, Fudan University as guest universities of honor. So far, 220 entities and individuals, including academicians like Li Jinsong, Zhang Jiujun, top research institutions like Fudan University and Tongji University, and leading enterprises like CRRC and Dongfang Electric have signed up for the event.
Moreover, the CSIPF will feature various supporting activities, including the 2024 China Straits Innovation Development Conference, the Maritime Silk Road Youth Forum, and municipal investment promotion meetings.
The Fujian Fair for Grain Production and Marketing Cooperation has become a flagship of national grain production and marketing cooperation. The 20th edition of the event will cover an exhibition area of 11,000 square meters, with over 500 grain and oil companies exhibiting and over 5,000 professional attendees registering.
As a key platform for implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development in Fujian province, the CSIPF has brought together innovative resources such as projects, technology, capital, and talent. Over the past 21 years, it has accumulated and promoted over 100,000 technological project achievements, facilitating the transformation and implementation of more than 50,000 projects in Fujian and driving trillions of yuan in social investment.
