Fujian Tsingtuo Heavy Industries Co Ltd, located in Fu'an city, Ningde, East China's Fujian province, is an equipment manufacturing company aimed at expanding its existing industrial chain and enhancing the green industry sector by filling gaps and strengthening links, thereby significantly increasing the value of the entire industrial chain.
Since its establishment in 2008, Tsingtuo Group has rapidly grown and attracted numerous companies along the industrial chain.
A complete stainless steel industrial chain covering raw materials, smelting, hot rolling, cold rolling processing, and stainless steel products has been established. The introduction of the Tsingtuo Heavy Industries special vehicle and mining truck assembly parts project has further extended the industrial chain.
The project focuses on researching, producing, and selling new energy trucks and assembly parts. It will have the capacity to manufacture 20,000 units of new energy mining trucks and their assembly parts, as well as special vehicles.
Tsingtuo Heavy Industries independently developed and produced new energy electric mining trucks with a load capacity of 50 metric tons, reducing the need for battery swapping stations and broadening the operational possibilities for these trucks.
The project highlights three key features: efficiency achieved through a two-phase construction approach using a rolling development model to optimize input-output ratios; energy efficiency leading to annual savings of over 60 percent; and flexibility in factory planning and production equipment to cater to the simultaneous production of various models.
Electric mining trucks are gaining popularity among mining enterprises. On Nov 11, 2023, Tsingtuo Heavy Industries exported 10 new energy mining trucks to Indonesia, followed by another 15 on Jan 31 of this year. The export of new energy vehicles through Ningde Port is on the rise, marking a significant stride in the global expansion of "Ningde Manufacturing".
