On June 24, the traditional Yuediao Opera Wuning Mansion was performed at the Xudu Grand Theatre for the 2024 Central Plains Cultural Stage event in Xuchang, Henan province. With 24 performances planned this year, the event combines services and affordable tickets to meet public demand, fostering cultural appreciation and energizing the performance market.
Yuediao is a form of Chinese opera which originated in Henan province and became widely popular in Nanyang at the end of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).
