The 2024 Inner Mongolia Top 100 Private Enterprises Conference was held in the city of Ordos in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region on June 25.
An Runsheng, vice-chairman of the CPPCC Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Committee and chairman of the Inner Mongolia Federation of Industry and Commerce, unveiled the "Analysis Report on the Inner Mongolia Top 100 Private Enterprises in 2024."
The Inner Mongolia Top 100 Private Enterprises list for 2024 follows the ranking method of the "China Top 500 Private Enterprises" list by the National Federation of Industry and Commerce.
It ranks privately-owned enterprises based on their total operating income in 2023, with participation being voluntary.
Ordos boasts 22 companies on the list of the top 100 private enterprises, more than any other city in the region.
Among them, six companies made the top 10. These enterprises collectively account for 37.6 percent, 48.1 percent, 57.5 percent, and 63 percent of the top 100 private enterprises in the region in terms of operating income, assets, post-tax net profits, and total tax payments, respectively.
Furthermore, Ordos saw six companies among the top 50 private enterprises in the manufacturing sector, three in the top 20 private enterprises in the service sector, and five in the top 30 private enterprises in technological innovation.
