Shandong Airlines launches Jinan - Bangkok direct route

Shandong Airlines flight SC8075 took off from Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport on June 14, heading to Bangkok, Thailand, marking the maiden flight of the Jinan-Bangkok direct route.

The flight operates once a day, departing from Jinan at 9:35 pm Beijing time and arriving in Bangkok at 1:25 am local time the next day. The return flight leaves Bangkok at 2:25 am local time and lands in Jinan at 8:10 am Beijing time.

Starting March 1, 2024, Thailand has implemented a visa-free entry policy for Chinese tourists. To meet travel demands, Shandong Airlines offers connecting flights to Thailand from cities such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen, and Wuhan, transiting through Jinan or Qingdao to Bangkok.

The launch of the Jinan-Bangkok route further enhances Shandong Airlines' international and regional network. Shandong Airlines currently operates routes to Singapore, Seoul, Osaka, Jakarta, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Taipei, providing travelers with diverse travel options.
