Intangible cultural heritage shopping festival opens in Jiuquan

To mark the upcoming Culture and Natural Heritage Day, an intangible cultural heritage shopping festival was held in Suzhou district of Jiuquan, Gansu province, on June 4.

At the event, signature Jiuquan cuisine including paste pot, crusty pancake and oil cake satisfied the taste buds intangible of visitors; intangible cultural heritage-inspired creative products such as hanging paintings were favored by many locals and tourists.

The event showcased the unique charm of Jiuquan's intangible cultural heritage and ethnic folk culture. It is expected to promote the integrated development of culture and tourism in the city.
