Pork floss latte

Pork floss is one of Taicang's most famous specialties. Beika Cafe in Taicang has introduced an original drink, the pork floss latte. This unique beverage starts with a base layer of children's pork floss, followed by coffee, fresh milk, and sea salt. The latte is then topped off with a generous sprinkle of Taicang pork floss.

Fermented rice wine Americano

At Ershan Cafe, the osmanthus fermented rice wine Americano is a delightful fusion of Eastern and Western flavors. This drink combines the sweet fragrance of osmanthus-infused rice wine with freshly brewed coffee, adding a touch of floral sweetness to the Americano's bitterness.

Stinky tofu egg pancake

At Agong Pancake House, customers can enjoy egg pancakes with stinky tofu. Other add-ons include lotus root slices and rice cakes. The egg pancake wraps around chewy fried rice cakes and crispy stinky tofu, complemented by a homemade sweet bean sauce, offering a unique and flavorful bite.
