Wild Siberian tigers and leopards settle in Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park

Recent monitoring shows that about 70 wild Siberian tigers and 80 leopards have settled in the park. Established in 2021, the park integrated 19 reserves, has restored 2,200 hectares of habitat, and reduced human-wildlife conflicts. With 20 newly-born tiger cubs and 15 leopard cubs in 2023, the park's wildlife population is thriving.
