During the China Brand Day 2024 event held in Shanghai from May 10 to 14, the exhibition area of Southwest China's Guizhou province bustled with various unique tea products such as Duyun Maofeng, Leishan silver ball tea, Pu'an black tea, and Guizhou matcha.
Duyun Maofeng is one of China's top 10 famous teas, known for its uniform appearance and green color. Brewing it with clear spring water results in a "lasting, fresh, and refreshing taste," which has always been loved by tea enthusiasts.
It was the first time for Guizhou Duyun Maofeng Tea Industry Development (Group) Co to participate in a China Brand Day event. The company brought five types of tea for visitors to taste, allowing more people to learn about Duyun Maofeng.
The company has now developed WeChat applets and online stores, allowing customers to place orders with their phones and have the products delivered to their doorsteps. Currently, the company has established 30 sales outlets nationwide, with an annual production and processing capacity of 2,000 metric tons.
The main products of the company - "European standard matcha," "green emerald green tea," and "red ruby black tea" - are already bestsellers in more than 30 large and medium-sized cities in China.
They are also exported to over 40 countries and regions including Germany, the United States, and Canada. Among them, "European standard matcha" is widely used in the food, beverage, baking, and daily chemical fields.
Currently, Guizhou has a total area of 7 million mu (466,666.67 hectares) of tea gardens, becoming a hub for raw materials and processing centers in China. It has cultivated various tea brands, and is striving to improve the quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of the tea industry.
