Enterprise works with univ via provincial platform

Wang Rui, a senior official of Wuhan Yawei Electronic Technology Co, said the company's prototype of a magnetic levitation workbench has completed verification of its fundamental functions and will be officially launched soon.

The company is based in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as the Optics Valley of China, or OVC).

"We successfully tackled the technical challenges of magnetic levitation precision drive technology for the workbench in collaboration with Professor Xu Xianze's team from Wuhan University. We are also grateful to the Hubei Sci-tech Supply Chain Platform for facilitating a quick supply-demand connection for us," Wang said.

Wuhan Yawei Electronic Technology Co is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the industrial Internet, with over 90 intellectual property rights and leading technologies in immersive security control, and AI quality inspection.

The company registered an account on the Hubei Sci-tech Supply Chain Platform and posted the technical requirements for the magnetic levitation precision drive.

Through the platform's AI intelligent matching function, Professor Xu Xianze's team from Wuhan University noticed this demand. In about two weeks, the professor's team submitted a technical proposal on the platform. The company found the proposal aligned with the company's technical requirements and subsequently contacted the team to discuss cooperation details, leading to a successful collaboration.
