The 2024 Xiamen Industry Exposition (XMIE) and the 28th Cross-Strait Machinery and Electronic Commodities Fair kicked off at the Xiamen International Expo Center on May 9 and will last until May 12.
XMIE, a leader in Xiamen's exhibition industry, has been held 27 times. This year, it integrates the development concept of new quality productive forces, combines industry development trends, and focuses on exhibition content such as intelligent manufacturing, digital economy, and green development.
Over 50 internationally renowned companies such as Panasonic from Japan, Deratech from Belgium, and Turck from Germany are showcasing their smart equipment, new automation products, and technologies.
Additionally, hundreds of top domestic enterprises like Beijing Jingdiao Group, Haitian Precision, and Bodor are presenting their new independently developed products or proprietary technologies.
The second Xiamen Electronic Information and Digital Economy Expo is being held concurrently, with a special focus on the "digital transformation service zone for small and medium enterprises", bringing together numerous digital transformation service providers to develop the "Xiamen Model" for the digital transformation of small and medium enterprises.
Furthermore, the first New Energy and New Materials Industry Exhibition is taking place, showcasing cutting-edge green energy, photovoltaic and energy storage technologies, new material products, and innovative solutions from companies like Gopro, Sungrow, and Ronma.
It is also worth mentioning that this year's XMIE has brought on two international exhibition giants, Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Co Ltd and Donghao Lansheng Group, as co-organizers for the first time. With these companies' professional experience and abundant resources in the global industrial exhibition field, XMIE is moving rapidly towards specialization and internationalization.
