At a government work promotion meeting on May 10, the Hopefound Entrepreneurs' Alliance Incubator was unveiled in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ), as the first incubator launched by the zone's government and the local chamber of commerce.

The new incubator is a demonstrative unit that is recognized by the United Front Work Department of the CPC Wuhan Municipal Committee. On the same day, the incubator signed a comprehensive and strategic cooperation agreement with the WEDZ branch of Hubei Bank, and the zone's bureaus in charge of market supervision and administration, sci-tech innovation, and culture and tourism pledged to establish a coordinated work mechanism with local chambers of commerce in automobiles and auto spare parts, digital economy and culture and tourism, to serve the high-quality development of the region's private economy.
